Delivery times
As far as no other period is indicated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods takes place in the inland (Germany) within 3 – 5 working days, with foreign deliveries within 3 – 25 working days after conclusion of the contract (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further details on payment
The invoice amount must be paid within 14 days when paying by invoice.
If you pay by SEPA core direct debit or SEPA company direct debit, you authorise us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure sufficient funds in the account on the announced date.
